All content on this website—including but not limited to logos, illustrations, graphics, text, layouts, photography, videos, and downloadable materials—is the intellectual property of Golden Designs Co., LLC unless otherwise stated.

  • Claim our designs, illustrations, or concepts as your own

3. Client Work & Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Golden Designs Co., LLC retains the right to:

  • Display completed client work in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials

  • Reference projects for promotional or educational purposes

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All projects require a non-refundable deposit to begin work

  • Payment plans, if offered, must be followed as outlined in the client agreement

  • Failure to submit payment may result in paused or terminated services

Due to the custom nature of design work, refunds are not provided once work has begun.

5. Revisions & Scope

Each service package includes a defined scope and number of revisions. Requests outside of the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

A change in creative direction after approval of the brand brief or initial concepts may require:

  • A project restart fee

  • A revised timeline and cost

6. Client Responsibility & Originality

Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their business name, products, stories, and content do not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property of others

  • Any materials provided (logos, photos, copy, references) are owned by or licensed to them

Golden Designs Co., LLC is not responsible for verifying the originality or legal availability of client-provided content beyond the work we personally create.

7. Third-Party Tools & Fonts

Some projects may require third-party tools, platforms, or font licenses. Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining appropriate licenses unless otherwise stated in writing.

We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, software, or font usage.

8. Limitation of Liability

Golden Designs Co., LLC is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or content

  • Interfere with website functionality or security

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site if misuse occurs.

10. Governing Law
